Derek Zillman is a Director and co-founder of m2 Office Leasing. He has a reputation as one of the most respected commercial agents in Australia, consistently ranked as one of Sydney's top billing Commercial Leasing and Sales Agents.
Derek has project managed and leased major office developments and refurbishments, and provided strategic consultancy in acquisition, divestment and asset management. This has included the sale of a fund management businesses, portfolio sales and property developments. His successful sales career has included the facilitation of office and retail building sales, packaged commercial, residential, industrial, land subdivision and retail developments for institutional and private clients.
